Blueprints & Co Properties-Edmonton I have never heard of this Estate Agents before, I literally saw their advertising on a billboard, so I took a picture of their contact details and called them the following day!  I was looking for a HMO specialist to manage my property under the Guarantee rental agreement - that was the best call I ever made- very helpful and professional team. All of my concerns regarding HMO were resolved - they made the process so effortless.  I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff, however a special thank you to Dorsa who is incredibly efficient. She is very proactive and responds promptly to resolve any queries I may have.
