Welcome to Blueprint & Co Properties. Our agency is in the heart of one of London’s most diverse and vibrant areas. We are estate agents with a real desire to give back to the community.
Our passion and enthusiasm to tackle homelessness in Enfield makes us the only estate agent in North London that is on the front line of reducing homelessness.
Our business has partnered up with local charities, and schools to raise awareness about the growing epidemic of homelessness. A proportion of our sales commissions are donated to causes such as Ribaat Ashatiri – a charity that give out winter kits to help people stay warm in harsh British weathers.
Mohamed Aweis
Managing Director
Mohamed has been working in the lettings industry for nearly a decade. He started his carer as a Junior Negotiator and soon worked his way up to a Office Manager of two London branches. He has worked in estate agents based in North & East London. With the skills, knowledge & qualifications he acquired, Mohamed decided to pursue his dreams of starting his own business. His story is a prime example that with hard work and determination all dreams are possible.
He has great pride in his work and a drive to help minorities who may be struggling to get on to the property ladder. As a result, he has an ‘open door policy’, everyone is welcome to come by the office and enjoy a cup of tea to discuss his or her future prospective.

Musa Ali
Business Developer
Musa is the direct point of contact for matters regarding marketing and business. Having come from a background of market research and advertising he has a deep psychological understanding of customer needs. He has a great ability to build our brand around the desires of customers.
He aims to ensure our business is an integrated part of the local population by looking for different ways to be innovative and give back to the community. Musa is currently in contact with local schools to organise fundraises to reduce homelessness. Musa’s next project is working with local churches to ensure our business also represents diversity. Erdi Pashkaj
Senior Sales Negotiator
Erdi enjoys meeting new people and has honest relationships with vendors across London. He takes lead in finding buyers for homes to buy and ensuring their needs are met to the best of his ability. Vendors are also his priority and he handles all matters with urgency. As a result, he is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure both our vendors and buyers are left satisfied.
His other roles also include taking lead on ensuring all our prosperities are on major property portals such as Zoopla, On the market & Right-move. Feel free to contact him to get more information on this.

Nina Ahmed
Accounts Manager
Nina is a valuable member of our team, who takes pride in offering great customer service to all our tenants, landlords and investors .
She comes from a finance background with years of experience in the banking sector.
Nina looks after the accounting and financing for Blueprints but she's also the first point of contact for any issues that clients or tenants are facing, she works relentlessly to ensure any problems are dealt with in a timely manor.
She also enjoys talking and meeting with new people to create new prospects and long lasting relationships.
