Renters' Rights Act Shield
Our corporate lease structure protects you from new legislation that affects private landlords. Your rights stay secure.
Landlord responsibilities
Buildings Insurance
You are required to maintain valid buildings insurance throughout the contract. We recommend a specialist landlord policy that covers liability to tenants and periods where the property may be uninhabitable. Tenants are responsible for their own contents insurance.
Mortgaged or Leasehold Properties
If your property is mortgaged, you must notify your lender that you intend to let it. Written consent is usually required and some lenders may charge an administration fee. If leasehold, check your head lease and notify the freeholder. We'll advise you on both during the free valuation.
We handle all your compliance.
Under our guaranteed rent scheme, every legal requirement is managed for you at no extra cost.
