WHO WE ARE
Blueprints & Co Properties was founded in Edmonton, North London one of the most diverse and dynamic communities in the capital. We started with a simple belief: landlords shouldn’t have to choose between income security and ethical management.
Over a decade later, we have partnered with more than 30 London councils and housed hundreds of families across all London boroughs and Essex. We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme, Client Money Protect, and the ICO and we are listed on Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.
We are proud of the community we serve and the relationships we have built with landlords, councils, tenants, and charities. Our mission hasn’t changed: stable income for landlords, quality homes for residents.

We have partnered with local charities and schools to raise awareness about the growing crisis. A proportion of every commission we earn is donated to causes including Ribaat Ashatiri a charity that provides winter kits to rough sleepers.
